CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSAL
The ICWL-SETE 2025 organizing committee solicits proposals for full-day and half-day workshops, or Special Tracks to be held in conjunction with the main conference. The purpose of workshops and Special Tracks is to provide a comprehensive forum and encourage in-depth discussion of various technical, application, and community issues in our research field. Workshop and Special Track registration, venue, as well as proceedings will be handled as part of the main conference by the ICWL-SETE organizers.
Each workshop/special track should be organized under a well-defined theme focusing on emerging research areas, challenging problems, and/or industrial/governmental applications related to the topics of interest to ICWL-SETE. Novel ideas, controversial issues, open problems, and comparisons of competing approaches are strongly encouraged as workshop topics. Organizers have free control over the format, style, and building blocks of the workshop. Possible contents of a workshop include but are not limited to invited talks, regular papers/posters, panels, and other pragmatic alternatives.

Duties
The ICWL-SETE 2025 organizers provide management of registration for participants; meeting space setup and related equipment, sand coffee-breaks arrangements. The main responsibility of organizing a workshop/special track goes to the chairs of the workshop:
Paper Publication
The proceedings of the workshops will be published jointly alongside with the post-conference proceedings in Springer LNCS series. All papers should have the same format as conference papers. Best papers selected will be recommended for possible publications at special issue of IEEE Transactions on Learning Technologies (confirmed) and Computers and Education: Artificial Intelligence (pending).
